Landscapes make me feel grounded and I am comforted by the ever changing but still familiar horizon line that landscapes offer.
What is more refreshing than wide open skies created with swooping brush strokes and soft fades of paint and the complexity where the sky meets earth. Layers of fluid paint mix with yummy thick brush strokes, gestural chalk lines and delicate stitching to create rolling hills and mountains with scattered tiny wildflowers.
