US Shipping

I send all Continental US purchases via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Orders ship 3-5 business days after purchase.

Orders outside the continental US may owe an additional shipping fee after purchase. OR you can email me with your postal code to get an exact shipping quote before purchasing.

International Shipping

For international shipments, I use USPS Priority Mail International or Express International. The amount you see at checkout is only an estimate and you may owe an additional amount before your purchase can be fulfilled. I will send you an email with an invoice for the additional International shipping charges.

Nashville Area Pick Up

If you are interested in picking up your work in person, use coupon code STUDIOPICKUP at checkout for free shipping and email me so we can work out a time for you to pick up your piece at the studio.

Returns & Exchanges

Every order is handled with care and I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not, I offer a full refund (minus shipping) within 7 days of receiving the artwork.  You must return the piece in the same condition in which it was received and in the same packaging.  Please refer to the commission page for the return policy on custom work.
